Updated Court Calendars with Furlough Dates
To help you navigate the upcoming California court closures, we have prepared a temporary calendar showing all furlough dates as well as regular court holidays. Simply download and print the calendars for 2009 and 2010.
Because the furlough dates could be rescinded at any time please keep your old calendar.
In response to reduced State funding, the California Judicial Council ordered all fifty-eight Superior Courts in California to close for business on the third Wednesday of each month, from September, 2009 through June, 2010.
The Court will reset hearings previously scheduled for these dates and will send notices to affected parties. If this affects you and you do not receive a notice by one week prior to the hearing, contact the courthouse. For additional information visit: courtInfo.ca.gov.
